My husband broke his ankle and this wrap is perfect now that he is walking again. Double benefit with magnets and ice pouches. When he got it originally the velcro was a bit short when his ankle was very swollen but actually I am sure it will fit most people. Highy recommend.

This is comfortable for all-day wear. Keeps ankle tight and warm. The magnets sewn in are really small and not very powerful. I’m used to a stronger magnetic wrap.

Fits well over the heel & ices the sides of the heel well. It would be better if it extended just a little further down the foot to ice inflammation through-out the area instead of just the heel cup. Still a very useful product.

What a great product. The only product on the market that will not cause tissue damage from the cold that is needed to reduce swelling or t0 numb a surgical site. But not to much!
I have been using this product now for nine months. I have had to buy more of them because people borrow them and won’t return them. I gave them out as Christmas presents last year.
Conforms to any part of the body. Showed my Chiropractor and he is sold.
We have one complete shelf in our freezer for these. While my Husband is using two or three of different areas of his body, I am using some on both shoulders. Perfect for sitting on in the car, then turning on the heat for a full treatment. Arrive after all long trip in great shape.
Light weight product, chills quickly, stackable, two different sizes, NO tissue damage from extended use. Not shockingly cold. This product you can put against your skin. You don’t think it will relay cold for very long. But you would be wrong. Hours later will still have a chill. You can fall a sleep on them safely. Easily dis-infected. Use over and over and over…

Powder cold pack is so small, it as no real use —I have used it on neck, but so small it does not even hold its cooling very long. The ad does not state size, and since two packs I purchased at pain clinic are MUCH larger, I had no idea they even are made that small. Virtually useless.
Ad should state size.

I found this the best and most comfortable way to apply an ice pack to my injured elbow. My only issue is that the opening for the pocket that holds the gel pack is in the middle of the pocket–and thus right in the middle of my elbow, which sometimes was uncomfortable. I realize that it’s easier to insert the gel pack that way, but for comfort, I’d have preferred to have to slide the pack in from one end or the other, rather than having that thick and sometimes irritating fabric overlap right against the bone. Also, if there are magnets in this, I can’t find them–but I don’t mind because I don’t have any interest in magnet therapy.

I love all HoMedics magnetic products. I don’t usually use the hot/cold pad, but I wear the product to sleep for a night, it brings circulation back, and remove a lot of pain, and heal the problem much faster than other therapy.
